Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to answer you, ask for your consent first, and never sell your data.
What we collect
- Enquiries: your name, mobile number, optional email and message, and the project you asked about.
- Newsletter: your email address and the topics and cities you choose.
- Usage: pages viewed and device type, through analytics provider, without your name.
- Saved stories and comparisons stay in your browser. We don't receive them.
Why, and on what basis
We use your details only to answer your enquiry or send the newsletter you asked for. The legal basis is your consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Ticking the box on the form is that consent.
Who sees it
- Our research team, and service providers who store or send messages for us (CRM, email, WhatsApp provider), under contract.
- We do not share your number with builders or brokers, and we don't sell it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: e.g. 12 months after the last contact. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
- See the data we hold about you, and correct it.
- Withdraw consent and have it deleted at any time.
- Nominate someone to act for you.
- Complain to our grievance officer, and then to the Data Protection Board of India.
